This vest felt lovely when I first pulled it on, it’s made from very soft stretchy fabric that is tailored well for a good fit. Unfortunately it’s completely useless as a base layer for cycling (what I bought it for) as I’m unable to pull tight fitting layers on over the top. I now use it for walking.
