Really lovely fit and weight. This is perfect for colder days and long runs. It's warm and comfy, no irritating labels, dries quickly. I'm a UK 10 (34/34 B chest) but went M because I like to be able to pull my sleeves up and have my tops slightly looser, if you prefer a more fitted style then I think a S would be fine.
