SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Our Standard Shipping cost is £4.99 per order to UK mainland and Free on all orders £150 or more.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURNS

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return your order at any time  up to 30 days after the day of delivery. At your cost please return unused goods, along with your  order number all original packaging and any labels for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used, personalised or custom products.

We advise to return items using a tracked or recorded service to ensure your returned goods reach us safely. We cannot accept liability for any loss of items until they have been received by our warehouse.

Please allow 5-7 days after we receive your goods to process your refund. Refunds will be made via the original purchase method.
